Follow-up notes embedded as text.  **Many of you were not receiving the
attachments due to the servers, so this is a temporary solution.  *

*As always, limited copies will be available at our November Populace
meeting on Monday, November 23rd at the Bedford Public Library and we can
answer any questions you may have related to the officer meetings.  *

Challenge to the Keystones: What performance measures do we need in place
to show how the barony is doing (membership, participation, etc.);
Practices and attendance are already tracked, but there will be natural dip
in numbers as weather/school year progresses (also need to add data points
and conditions such as weather, holidays, post-event to make the numbers
more meaningful?). Membership purchases? Attendance at Moots?  Guild
Participation?  Present question to populace. “How do we know we are doing
well?”

Received many award requisitions; Yule should be full of fun and awards.

Check availability of Bedford Library for Monday December 21st.  If
available, the Holiday Potluck will be considered the combined Officer and
Populace Meetings for December. Advertisement will be modified in the
December Tidings, the Baronial Email List, and the FB Page and otherwise
copiously advertised.

*FOLLOW-UP (as of 11/18/15): The Library is now booked for 12/21/15. All
other meetings forDecember have been released. Look for information and

Yule plans are doing wonderfully, Lady Eleanor has finalized the feast menu
and it is advertised. Thanks to B&B for prior populace at DFT, well
attended. Canton Budget has been officially submitted.

*Exchequer*

NOTE: ALL MEMBERS OF THE FINANCIAL COMMITTEE WILL NEED TO BE PRESENT AT
POPULACE 11/23/15 to sign the budget so that it can be turned in.

*Monthly report completed.   *Budget to be turned in to Central. Requested
inventory from Chamberlain to send with Budget;

First meeting of new Hospitaler (Yvette / MKA Katie Broomall). Learning
report process from Central Hospitaler; help from Chamberlain due to
similarity of docs.No new information to report at this time.

*Knight Marshal*

NIA; Special thanks to Kaleen for assistance in repair of loaner gear. All
equipment is back in order. Two extra sets of spaulders (unusable for
loaner), there were questions as to whether they shouldbe in gift baskets,
since they are unusable for the loaner. The idea was nixed by the group
based on nature and condition of items. Disposal method can be determined
by Finance Committee at

the populace meeting.

NEW INFO TO REPORT: The Interim RM has been asked to join the Order of the
White Scarves. Will join on December 12th, at Tournament of Champions.
Other than that, keep coming to practice to “hit the proby”. [probationary
WS]

*Archery Marshal*

Archery practice was held but only the Marshals showed. They discussed many
archery matters. COME TO PRACTICE: The 2nd and 4th Sundays are hard
practice dates (1-5pm at Sokol Gymnastic  Building on Boat Lake Road in
Fort Worth. If cancelled, they are not rescheduled as it can mess with the
practices of our sister Barony.

*Chamberlain *

The shed cleanout was great. Many hands made light work and we finished 2-3
hours ahead ofschedule. Special thanks to anyone who came out and helped
during the day.

DEADLINE FOR TIDINGS Submissions: Wednesday 5pm, 25th of NOVEMBER;    *SEND

the Seneschal is responsible for publishing in the absence of a chronicler.

*** TOC PREP *Tabards, banners and finery are under construction and
anticipated to be done by TOC. (Lady Liadan)

*Additional Notes*

Kingdom bids are open and there is a need for Baronies willing to step in
and submit bids.  This falls in line with B&B plans to foray into more
kingdom bids and it was generally felt that a queens or crown coming out of
Elfsea would be fantastic. (Countess Amelot)

Gulf war: PayPal is being looked at as an option and may be available in
time to pre-register (still working through management levels and BOD).
Barony plans to create painted canvas walls to mark our encampment. Home
Depot, many sizes (4’x6’ seemed best). (Countess Amelot)

2016 Boy Scouts Demo (large, occasional, helps keep costs of the BS camps
down). In 2016, it conflicts with BAM, so anyone staying behind is
encouraged to plan to participate. Details to follow. (Countess Amelot)
