[Elfsea] Elfsea Arlington Library Demo

Greetings Good Gentles!
We have an amazing opportunity coming up on October 24th.  We are working in conjunction with the Arlington Public library to put on an incredible demo.  But in order to do that, we need your help.
We are looking for any or all members of our fine barony to come out and showcase what it is you love about the SCA. Bring your feast gear, banners, A&S projects, weapons, drums, dancing shoes, books, whatever it is that makes the SCA your passion to share with others.
We are also in need of Rapier and Chivralic fighters to display their talents.
This year's Arlington Library Demo will be held at the Levitt Pavilion from 12pm to 5pm.  It is a public park so feel free to arrive early for set up and staying after to tear down. I myself plan on arriving around 10am. There will be other Renaissance groups present at this demo as well, however the SCA will be on the grassy area. The library is also providing tables and chairs but feel to bring your own if you so desire.

Please note there is NO staking down of popups or pavilions at this site. This is an outdoor demo, so if you would like to bring your popups you are more than welcome to, but please have another means of securing them.
Are you a vendor and looking for an opportunity to showcase your wares? The Arlington Library has agreed to have SCA merchants and vendors and the best part is there is NO vendor fee!!! If you are interested in reserving a spot for vending please contact Lady Liadan at liadanshoney at hotmail.com.
Please come out and join us. If you think you will make it please let us, your coordinators know what you will be displaying so we can get an idea of a layout.  The coordinators are myself, Lady Liadan, and Lady Aine.
