[Elfsea] Follow-up Notes from the 10/19 Officers Meeting

Greetings, Elfsea.

Please see the attached follow-up notes from our recent officers meeting
held on 10/19/15.  There is a lot of good information on current and
upcoming projects.

As always, there will be limited print copies of the attached available at
the populace meeting scheduled for *Monday, October 26th, at 7pm in the
Bedford Public Library*.
