[Elfsea] 2016-2017 Finance Committee

Greetings, Elfsea.

I would like to introduce your 2016-2017 Finance Committee.

   - Baron William and Baroness Cassandra
   - Seneschal, Lady Aoife
   - Exchequer, Lady Astridr (incoming)
   - Officer Representative, Master Caelin
   - At-Large, Lady Eleanor

In accordance with policy, the finance committee will meet monthly to
discuss the current state of baronial accounts and determine if budget or
purchase of needed items need to come before the populace.  We have a lot
of work ahead of us in the next few months--- but I know this team will get
it done.

*Please take the time to extend a warm thanks to the prior Officer
Representative and At-Large members: Lord Edwin de Brus and Lady
Meadhbh Greaham*.  Their dedication to the tasks-at-hand over the
last 18-months helped as the barony made bold moves to meet the needs of
the populace. Huzzah!
