[Elfsea] Clarification: Jan. Follow-up Notes

Greetings, Elfsea.

The following is a clarification to the follow-up notes from our January
populace meeting related to the Braggarts War between Steppes, Bonwicke,
and Elfsea:

*The barony is not co-autocratting the event in 2017... we will need a
member of Elfsea to coautocrat and assist.

*We will then need a member of Elfsea to actually autocrat the event in
2018.

*So.... if you are interested in this type of activity, opportunity knocks
later in the year!

More details on this topic will be provided as the year progresses and
plans are cemented. This should be a really fun Central Region activity!
