[Elfsea] Baronial College Bid Deadline Extended

Greetings, Elfsea.

As mentioned at the populace meeting, the closing date for the baronial
college bids has been extended to our next populace meeting on Monday, June
27th.

If you are currently working on a bid to submit, you have nearly a full
month to finalize your plans. The finance committee looks forward to the
submittals.
Thanks to everyone who was able to come to the populace meeting this past
Monday.  The follow-up notes will be a little delayed but I will get them
out soon.
