Greetings, Elfsea.

At last night at our populace meeting, the attached 2017 Financial Policy
was approved.

The document will be maintained by the Finance Committee, filed with the
Central Exchequer, and posted for all to view on the Barony's web page.

Many thanks to those who were able to attend populace and help finalize the
policy.
