[Elfsea] Rapier Practice is Moving!

Yes! As our Rapier Marshal stated, the practice is moving. I know that some prefer Bob Eden, but the majority request that we return to BBR. 
 I hope that the members of the barony continues to come out and support the fighting community as we endeavor to sharpen our skills and draw in perspective members.
