[Elfsea] Letters of Intent for the Position of Baron and Baroness of Elfsea

Attached for your consideration are the letters of intent for the next
Baron and Baroness of Elfsea.

The June Newsletter will be going to tomorrow, but due to the polling time
frame for Dragonsfire Tor, this information needed to get out as soon as
possible.

Poling will be June 10th for Dragonsfire Tor and June 25th for Elfsea.
