[Elfsea] Elfsea Practice tonight is CANCELLED

[Knight Marshal]

After discussions with our Rapier Marshal and Baronial leadership, we have
decided to cancel Fighter Practice this week due to projected precipitation
in the area tonight and safety concerns for those travelling from areas
where it is currently precipitating.

Everyone please stay safe and stay dry tonight and we will see you all next
week.
