[Elfsea] deadlines for financial committee applicants and 2022 budget requests

*Finance Committee:*

As mentioned in the Tidings, the barony is accepting applicants to serve on
the Finance Committee for a two year term. Two positions are open, the one
held by a baronial officer and the "at large" position which can be held by
anyone in the barony.  If you are interested in either position please send
an email to the seneschal and copy me (the exchequer) no later than
Saturday, Oct. 23. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

*2022 Budget Prep:*

Attention officers - Budget requests for 2022 are due to me no later than
Sunday, Oct. 31 in order to allow time for review by the Finance Committee
and vote by the populace in November. Please contact me if you need to know
what your last approved budget was (at the end of 2019).
