[Elfsea] Elfsea Cook's Guild Announcement

Hello Elfsea! I have two announcements related to the Cook’s Guild:
First, I am the new Guild Principal.  Thank you to HL Eleanor for her leadership and enthusiasm as our outgoing Principal.
Second… we will begin meeting in person!
Her Excellency Cat will be hosting our first meeting on Tuesday June 14th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.  The address is 8508 Yellow Buckeye Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76140-3112.
For this first session let’s plan on bringing something to snack on to just enjoy being together again and discuss plans for our next sessions.  The snacks do not have to be period and we will totally ‘ooh and ahh’ for anything cool.
We’re posting this here to hopefully entice some of you who are not members of the guild to join us for this first session.
We will focus on food in period and how to incorporate food into our personas and everyday SCA life; to do more than just having summer sausage and cheese around the list field or cans of soup for dinner at camp.  We will likely combine full day activities with other groups similar to two weeks ago with the Herbal Forum.  We’ll also have daytrips to local stores for our secret ‘spots’ and possibly even farther afield to farmers markets and such.
