Greetins freinds,

we have a few days until our event I need a few things done before I get
there on thursday.

1. Site paid for and confirmed that we have it. (I've heard a roumer that i
don't like so someone please confirm as soon as possible that we have the
site)

2. a Truck to get hay bales friday moning for the archery feild I have a
sorce for 5 dollars a bale in glen rose If we can find a sorce cheeper in
Waco the better. the hay does not have to be fresh cut it's for the archery
feild.

3. A list of prize donations that are in the shire proper so I know what to
get to augment the prizes

4. and any christmas decorations folks can lend for use this weekend would
be great so we don't have to spend a lot of moeny on them. specialy Garland,
ribbions, flowers and wreaths
