As an autocrat it is part of my responcibility to ensure that everything is
on schedule for the event. which means if I hear something is not in order I
need to make sure it is. none of this is ment as an attack of character. I
will adress your issues indepently bellow.

1. site has been locked in for a long time as we have a contract already,
whom ever said otherwise really dont know what their are talking about.

Thank you. I was told it might not be so I needed to be sure. and make sure
that everyone knows everything is on track.

2. Our christmas thing is at 12th night so why are we using christmas decor
for hunters moon?

Because the theam of this archers revel is celebration and it stars at the
beging of the Holiday season. We dicided on the decore of this event back at
Emerald tourney when we set the budget. the greenery that now is used almost
soley for the christmas season was used alot in the middleages at feasts and
revels. it adds to the decore and brings with it a festive atmospher. there
is a Seasonal arts competition and table decorating contest at this event
all of which provides atmospher at the event, the garland wreaths flowers
and such help to set the stage for the atmospher at this event.

3. if you wish to know about the prises you need to contact the A&S officer
of Emerald Keep.

NO. I have a prize cordinator who's job it is to construct prize baskes from
the prize donations given for the event as someone provoding prises for A&S
she needs to let me know what she has covered. just like Edward has donefor
the fighting list, and Gilli and James has done for the archery List.  So we
can know if any additional prizes are needed.

So I need a list of what has been gathered or for what areas prizes have
been collected fore so I know what prizes we still need to get.
