GE - Notes from Populace

Steven,

Thanks for sending out the notes from populace meeting.  Since my schecule has changed yet again, I am unable to make it to most meetings.  If there is something that it is VERY important that I be at, I can usually make arrangements to switch with someone, but I just can't be doing that every other week.  This Monday for example I'm working until 9:00PM.  God only knows what I'll be working next week.  This past Monday when populace meeting was scheduled, I was working until 8:30.
