GE - Canton Web pages / Calendar

The Calendar function on the canton web page will be offline for while
longer.  This function is hosted on my personal server at home and I am
doing some upgrades that take the web functions offline.  Only the calendar
should be disrupted the rest of the pages should work normally.

The upgrades are proceeding well but more slowly than expected.  Hopefully
everything will be back online sometime tonight.
