GE - Officers Meeting -- Midsummer Faire

For those involved in Midsummer Faire please be prepared to spend just a few
moments at the officers meeting tonight discussing Midsummer Faire, namely
the Black Star event announcement.

The deadline for the submission of an event announcement is April 1, so I
must get the item in the mail in the next day or two.  Their Excellencies
Talmon and Adelicia have provided me with a copy of last years announcement
but there are a few blanks that I need to fill in.
