GE - Any Truth to the Rumor?

It has been sold, but no one is sure who to, other
than that it isn't going to be built on any time soon.
 I heard it got bought by Disney, but I think the
people who told me that are getting it confused with
the big lot they bought up near Maddisonville (Disney
World, Texas anyone?)
