I just spoke to HL Gwynafwy Sinclaire, the out-going Coastal Chronicler, and she has appointed Rachael no Ansteorra as Gate's Edge newest Chronicler.  Congratulations, Rachael. 

I want to thank those who applied for the position, and encourage them to continue their efforts for the Shire.
