Hi all, I just got back from the site.  It has recently been mowed and so
will only need a finishing mowed out at the archery range.  The porta pots
have not been taken care of yet but Eadric tells me that is usually done on
Friday when they do it.  If the combination that Eadric gave works I should
be on site about 9:30 to 10:00.

The list field will need to be set up.  The pavilions raised.  Ladies, I
will need you there for that so I know where exactly you want them.  Once
they are up that is were they will stay.  There are 19 picnic tables
available for our use.  14 under the big pavilion, 4 under the small one and
one out by the bardic circle.  We can move them to were they are needed.

It has been raining out at the site but it has drained fairly well and is
not muddy.  However I will ask that anyone who comes out to help with setup
please do not park right next to the pavilion.  That is the one place that
can turn into a mud pit quickly if we are not careful.

the event stewards I think I would hit the local lists heavy to let people
