Greetings everyone!

Well, it looks like Hurricane Dean is going to hit well south of us, so we
should be able to run our event as planned.  At this time, I am requesting
Site set-up help for Friday afternoon.  If you can help, please let me
know.  There is much to do and all helping hands will be appreciated.

Greetings everyone!
I know time is getting short, and I am sorry for the late notice, but we ARE
hosting the above-mentioned event this coming Sunday (yes - the day after
our Caribbee event).

I am asking everyone to come out and join us; we will be having armoured
combat, combat archery and rapier practice.  I will also try to have a few
rounds of Youth Boffer practice worked in.  After we paractice, we will
providing a pot-luck lunch to our visitors and ourselves.  OUr visitors will
be providing ice and drinks.  Here is the menu we have come up with.  Please
let me know what you can bring:

   - Pulled Pork  - Alesone and Isabella
   - Rolls or hamburger buns
   - Pickles
   - Cole Slaw
   - Potato Salad or Macaroni Salad
   - Fruit Salad
   - Chips and dips
   - Desserts
   - Anything else we forgot

Even if you don't fight, you can come out for one more day of fun and
visiting.  Bring your projects to work on, help clean up afterwards, chat
and visit...just come out and join us.

We will need people there bewteen 9:30 and 10:00 to get the field set-up;
our guests will be arriving around 11:00 am.
