[Gatesedge] Annual Budget.

Unto all do I send greetings,

    It is time for the annual budget again. For anyone who heads a 
guild, any officer who wishes to submit a request for funds for next 
year, please forward your requests to me no later than 11/14/2009. I 
know this is short notice but in many cases funds have not been spent or 
amounts budgeted not hanged for several years. I will have copies of 
last year's budget with me at Populace Monday.
