[Gatesedge] arrow shafts, fetching, points

Hi folks

I'm getting ready to try my hand at arrow making and will be putting in an
order with Kustom King (they appear to have the best prices).  If you are
interested in ordering and would like to join in my order to save a few
pennies if we can get to a volume price, let me know.  For the shafts, I'll
need your desired

   - diameter
   - bow poundage
   - type of wood (I'm ordering both the Port Orford cedar and the German
   spruce for me)

For fletching, I'll need your desired:

   - size
   - color
   - banded or solid
