For those interested, this is the menu for lunch for Artisan of the Flame.
I apologize for not posting it earlier.

Your choice of:
1) Norwegian Pastries (beef,cheese, and spices wrapped in a pastry)
2) Roasted meats (beef or chicken)
3) Stewed Lamb (lamb simmered with onions and spices and  served over rice)
4) Spinach tarts (spinach and cheese wrapped in a pastry)

All lunches come with a sideboard of bread, cheese, and fruit.
