[Glaslyn] Baronial Inventory

We need to complie an inventory of all the property
that the Barony owns before the next audit. If you
have any property that belongs to the Steppes and it
is not in the storage locker, Please send me an
itemized list.
For example I would expect to see
"2 loaner helmets"
"4 marshals staffs"
etc. If something is in bad enough shape that we
really shouldn't be using it, please don't list that.
