[Glaslyn] Demo in Sanger

The demo in Sanger will be held this Saturday, April 23rd, from 9-12 at 
Chilsolm Trail Elementary School.   This is for a Dad & kids Playday that is 
an annual happening.   There will be an adult for a majority of the children 
(save siblings) and high school volunteers helping out as needed.  I would 
like to have a pavilion, our banners, and list poles set up so we look 
really intriguing.   The coordinator at the school would like us to prepare 
at least two fighting presentations starting at 9:30 and at 11.  More can go 
on if we have the manpower.   Under the pavillion, we can set up A&S 
displays - weaving, illumination, garb displays, etc.  We can print up the 
one-page brocures from Modius to hand out to interested adults.

I will be there around 8 to start setting up.  If others can join me, that 
would be most excellent.  I'm going to FP tonight so I can inquire about the 
necessary stuff.  Pleae let me know if you will be able to attend.   Thank
