Melisenda de Barcelona
I have traveled to the land of Germany and its many smaller empires while guarding my fathers goods on his many trips. He is a silversmith of the finest caliber from the city of Orleans. I only wish I had his ability with my hands. However I did learn to read write and even a little arithmetic keeping his books. I may not be as good as my Half brother at these things but I can do it well enough to bypass him when times call for it. He may be of the cloth but his teaching of the sins come from personal experience. Let us Hope this Sir Dieterich is as you have described him or the meeting may be a sour one. I am curious if his spicy swine dish is truly spicy. I have traveled the silk roads, to the holy land more then once as well as all over our own lands and I have found few foods spicy enough to please my tastes. Well the hour is late and my candle is almost done. I need to save what I have for my trek of many miles in the morrow. I bid you adu across
the lands and in time we may meet. My the lord bless you and keep you.
