[Hellsgate] HL Timor Borte on Vigil for Laurel

I would like to congratulate HL Timor Borte who is now on vigil for elevation to Laurel. It is more than well deserved.  I wish I was there to witness it, but could not make it to Steppes.  Please let me know when you will be formally elevated, as I would be honored to be present.
