[Hellsgate] Tabord help requested

If by 'Ansteorran Tabard' you mean a gold field with a black star, with or
without a black border, that is an informal populace badge (ie, not
registered with the College of Arms) and as such, may be worn at any time by
any person affiliated with the Kingdom of Ansteorra who wishes to declare
their affiliation.  We actually have an ensign registered with the CoA which
is *Or <http://oanda.sca.org/glossary.cgi?p=Or>, a
mullet<http://oanda.sca.org/glossary.cgi?p=mullet>of five greater and
five lesser
points <http://oanda.sca.org/glossary.cgi?p=point> within a
bordure<http://oanda.sca.org/glossary.cgi?p=bordure>
sable <http://oanda.sca.org/glossary.cgi?p=sable>.  *Usually the bordure is
dropped.

For Hellsgate, there is not yet a badge registered which serves the same
purpose.  Informally, I would suggest using the device minus the laurel
wreath (ie, just the BBQ grill and flame) in the same way.  Unless I'm
mistaken, the intent is register that as a populace badge.

As for how to put it on a tabard, that's entirely up the person or persons
in question.  I've seen 'em in a myriad of ways.

A fighter can put his arms on the body of the tabard and kingdom and group
badges on the side panels/sleeves.  You can impale the two devices (left
half of the tabard is one, right the other).  You can put kingdom on the
body and group on the side.  You can put the group device smaller and on the
breast.
