[Hellsgate] group discusion needed

I am in need of have a discusion with the group regarding a posible event which 
would require and answer in the next 3 days and a official bid in a couple of 
weeks. I would like to call for a meeting at Harker Heights What-A-Burger,near 
Carl Levin park, 2:00 pm. If at all posible for this discusion.
