Thank you my lord I was thinking that as well. I would love to attend kings this weekend however the mundane powers that be do not agree with my wants and desires. I will see if any one from the stronghold is going and if they can secure a hand out for me.

Don Ceallach is teaching a "Making Rapier Armor" class at King's 
College this weekend. That might be a good place to start.

I strongly prefer the mask-drape (either leather or fabric) and a 
high collar on the doublet instead of a hood. That way, as soon as 
you take off your mask, your whole head is exposed to the balmy 
Ansteorran breezes, rather than still being enclosed in a hood.
