[Hellsgate] update and plea

Greetings one and all,

I now have access to the site, yay!
I have updated the main page to remove the Crucible add, and to update the
new commanders as well as thank all the competitors. Also to officially put
my name on the line.

Now hear my plea. unlike my unofficial site, this one requires the use of a
FTP (File Transfer Protocol program server). I am a bit out of practice,
and though its mostly just fear of messing something up, I will need to
"knock some rust off" of my techno self. During this time I will mainly be
focusing on updating what we have already in place while I work on
creating  new content in the background. So please bear with me.
