[Hellsgate] Rapier Changes

Volu-Helene,
As it stands currently HL Marie is interested in having a number of 
marshals for Hellsgate. I will have better details after this weekend 
and my face to face with her.  If you are interested, then be at social 
tomorrow evening with your required gear. There will be "mock" 
authorizations being done so that any authorizing that may be needed 
will be easier at Baronial this weekend. Also to ensure that you have 
all necessary equipment.
