[Hellsgate] Fighter Practice

Lady Magdelena,
Yes, we are lacking in loaner Rapier gear, which is soon to rectified. 
Our Rapier fighters have been allowing new people to use theirs. All our 
authorized Rapiers have their own gear. We have a few new people we have 
gained since Geekfest in August that have wanted training. So there has 
been no full speed except for authorized. The mishap has been the search 
for a new rapier marshal, which has now been rectified.
