[Hellsgate] Kings College

The Kingdom Seneschal put out last night that The Stronghold will be host for Kings College. I need to get to work on the Event add for the Black Star,Facebook promotion, and the Website.

I need the following to complete these goals;

Full Mundane SCA Names and Mundane Names of the Steward and Co-steward their Mailing addresses, and contact phone #'s (required for the Black Star Ad) It is already to late for the May issue. Ad has to be submitted before May1st (June event)


I need the name of the site, the physical address, and any specific restrictions or rules

I need a copy of the bid, or gate fees, and feast / sideboard information if there will be one.
