[Hellsgate] Tiny Tourney update

I am worried about the cold. I do not know how many of our populace has the
type of clothing, mundane or garb, to be out there for a couple of hours
safely. But in case the group wants to continue anyway,  I am looking into
whether we will have access to the electricity.  If we do I will bring hot
cider.
