[Hellsgate] Rain day site for Bryn Gwlad PiP

All,
It was decided at the Bryn Gwlad business meeting that, for the welfare of our defenses, we could not afford to have this fighter practice rained out.
An alternate rain site was chosen for this week - Browning Hanger at Mueller Central Dr, Austin, Tx 78723.

If the rain does not clear, the marshals will call a rain day and PiP (with Armored combat Melee Practice) will be held at this alternative site.
