[Hellsgate] No chivalric practice tonight

With our rapier marshal out of commission, it would seem all official
practices will be canceled tonight.

Also both events this weekend (Emerald Tourney and Seawinds Defender) have
been canceled for weather. Boo, but Yay more time to prep for Fall
Baronial!!!
