[Hellsgate] Crucible

Greetings to Hellsgate and Barony of Bryn Gwlad. We are now a mere 12 
days from the fires of the Crucible being ignited. I hope that everyone 
had a fun time at Gulf War, and that you plan to attend Crucible the 
30th Mar - 1st Apr. We look forward to a great event and to seeing 
everyone there. That being said, as the event Steward there are still 
some things in need of volunteers.

may wish to make or reheat a dish for the evenings pot luck feast.

I believe the final work for site tokens is planned in conjunction with

assist with that.
Still needed is someone to plan/handle the youth fighting both rapier 
and chivalric.
Also needed are three scrolls for Commanders, Archery, Youth Rapier and 
Adult Chivalric. If anyone wants to do a scroll please let me know.
Will need some strong backs on Friday the 30th for set-up. So anyone 
that is available please come out and I'll put you to work.
