The textual lineup is because I used pure HTML 1.0
(More Portable Than VD) (Portability Is Your Friend)
and used nothing more complicated that "<dl>" (Description
List, as for a glossary) and some non-braking text.

Hmm.  Looks better in print.  Those were supposed to be
ditto marks, as in "same person as the previous entry".
If anyone has any suggestions on how to do that better,
please tell me.  Leave it off entirely?

(Oh, and "non-brEaking text" above.)
