It's the Youth Rapier honor awarded to the 12-14 and 15-17 year old
respectively who best represents what the Queen hopes for in her
fighters.  I knew Countess Kayleigh was attached to the name; is HM
Allyson as well?

I informed HRM Allyson that the name was not passable. She said that was OK, but wanted to register an appropriate name. I told her we could come up with some alternatives.
