Not "what is the purpose of registering it?", "what is the
purpose of the AWARD?", as in the Queen's request to "fit the
same purpose".  That is, someone can't make good suggestions of
similar period examples unless he knows what the title is given
for.

If memory serves from the previous discussion, it a "job title"
(no real duties, but it's given out for one reign) for two young
rapier fighters (different age brackets) who the Queen feels are
skilled and honorable, rather similar to the "Queen's Blade of
Honor" for an adult, right?
