ANSTHRLD - Bar sinisters in this ILOI

I will try to clean up the black and white copy and scan it
in again. I will email it to out privately since I can not
send attachments to the list. If anyone is interested in
seeing it please send me your email address and I will be
happy to forward it to you. I believe from looking at the
color copy that the consulting herald selected a bar over a
bendlet because it appears to stop at the chief. It appears
to be 1/2 bend or bendlet and 1/2 bar. Sorry to not be
clear but I have no better way of describing what was
submitted.

Hope that helps,
Meredudd Brangwyn
