ANSTHRLD - How many warrented heralds do we have?

If I understand the new rules which take effect March 1 or sooner, heralds 
have to be warrented through the marshalate to go on the field between bouts 
and do our usual announcements, calls, and requests.  

How many warrented voice heralds does Ansteorra now have?  Does anyone know?  
Are *you* warrented?
