ANSTHRLD - How many warranted heralds do we have?

In Elfsea we have for some time (the entire tenure of HL Darius as
Nautilus) had the practice of making sure that all our Field Heralds
were at least authorized as Non-Combatants.  I know that I'm good,
being an Authorized Rapier fighter, and Combat Archer.  In Elfsea, we
have authorized at the current time (off the top of my head) :
Darius, Mableth, Nicolette, Rosalia, Timothy, Crandall, Galen

We also have an considerable number of people who fight in other
forms but are not active as Heralds on a day-to-day basis that can
help with Field heraldry at events.
