ANSTHRLD - Attn: Voice Heralds coming to Lyonesse

Hey, folks, it turns out that my voice is out of commission and I don't
anticipate it getting better.  Our new Baronial herald will be heralding
for court and stuff, and I was planning to second.  I've probably got
some local help, but if that falls through, is there anybody coming who
may be able to step in at the last second if needed?
