ANSTHRLD - first draft of new web page layout....

OK, if you promise to be nice, I will tell you where the first draft of what
I am considering as the new Ansteorran CoH web page.   Not all the links are
setup yet.   What I want in constructive critisism about the usefulness of
the page layout.   Are there things that need to be there that are not and
is there something on the main page that does not need to be there?
