ANSTHRLD - Star of David

Here's a question for you brilliant people out there...

Is a Star of David considered different from a plain mullet of 6 points?  How 
about from any other mullet?  

And while I'm at it, please help me conflict check this:

Azure, a Star of David Or, on a chief Or three arrows inverted azure.

(the arrows are points up)
