ANSTHRLD - Award Charters

The Charter texts can be downloaded from the Ansteorran College of Heralds page:
	http://www.ansteorra.org/regnum/herald/

The award texts are in the Library section. But the Charter text is what goes on the
award scroll...the second text is for the Achievement.

Where can I find copies of the Charters (not the award  scrolls) of the
grant level awards?  i.e. Star, Iris, White Scarf and Centurian.
