ANSTHRLD - Name Submission inquiry

Greetings unto all the experienced and savy heralds of
the list who are generously willing to share their
expertise with their less-experienced brethren.
I have a client who wishes to register the name "Katla
Bogsveigir" for a Norsewoman persona, and says that a
herald in another kingdom (she doesn't say which one)
helped her choose the name.
The documentation she sent me via e-mail is a website
at
http://www.sit.wisc.edu/~sfriedemann/names/landnamabok.htm
This website is a list of masculine and feminine names
taken from The Old Norse Name by Geirr Bassi
Haraldsson (a.k.a. G. Fleck), who collected his data
for this list from the Landnámabók. The name "Katla"
is found on the portion of the list entitled "Feminine
names found 5 times or less," under "The following
names were found 2 times or less." I could not find
any dating for this list of names on the site, nor
could I any listings of bynames herein.
My question: would a copy of this web page, with the
date accessed and the URL properly highlighted, be
enough to register the name, does she need more/better
documentation (esp. for the byname), or is there a
third option I'm not aware of?

Yours in service - Andre de Chartres
